Please join us at Mugen on December 10, 2024 to meet and dine with world-renowned winemaker Richard Geoffroy, former Chef de Cave of Dom Pérignon, now Founder and Maker of IWA Sake. Pioneering the assemblage of three different varieties of rice and five different types of yeast while exploring the potential of bottle maturation, IWA achieves superlative balance and complexity.
Starting with a sunset Champagne reception featuring a coveted jeroboam of Dom Pérignon Vintage 2005, Richard Geoffroy will then lead us into four different Assemblages of IWA, both current, along with older, rare releases, paired with an exceptional 6-course menu from Chef Colin Sato.
