Dinner
Rising star Executive Chef Colin Sato has redefined the Mugen dinner experience with his new menus, designed in collaboration with Pastry Chef Jamon Harper and in consultation with acclaimed Chef Alan Wong. Featuring hyper-seasonal and local ingredients, diners can choose from several innovative dinner menus, and sip inventive cocktails or explore wine from Mugen’s extensive collection, honored with the Wine Spectator “Best of” Award.
Breakfast
The reimagined Breakfast at ESPACIO menu showcases a selection of morning indulgences in Mugen’s 34-seat, intimate dining room. Highlights include a traditional Japanese Breakfast, classic Eggs Benedict with your choice of smoked pork, smoked salmon or decadent lobster, fluffy Lemon Ricotta Pancakes, and a showstopping Bananas Foster French Toast.
Afternoon Tea
Step into a world of whimsy and indulgence at ESPACIO The Jewel of Waikiki, where we reimagine the timeless tradition of Afternoon Tea. Sip on Laurent-Perrier Cuvée Rosé and savor Osetra Caviar upon arrival. Choose your unique, personal teapot and delight in an array of teas, including new and rare blends. Meticulously crafted miniature sandwiches, scones, and desserts enchant your senses. Limited to 12 seats, Saturdays at 1 p.m.
Sunset Champagne & Caviar
Experience the epitome of opulence with our Sunset Champagne and Caviar experience on the exclusive ESPACIO rooftop infinity pool deck, where every moment is an elegant celebration. Indulge in Golden Osetra caviar and premium champagne while being mesmerized by the vibrant golden hues of the ocean, creating a symphony for the senses.
Mugen & IWA Sake Dinner with Richard Geoffroy
Please join us at Mugen on December 10, 2024 to meet and dine with world-renowned winemaker Richard Geoffroy, former Chef de Cave of Dom Pérignon, now Founder and Maker of IWA Sake.
Starting with a sunset Champagne reception featuring a coveted jeroboam of Dom Pérignon Vintage 2005, Richard Geoffroy will then lead us into four different Assemblages of IWA paired with an exceptional 6-course menu from Chef Colin Sato. Available on one night only, seating is extremely limited.
Reservations can be made via OpenTable, allowing guests to secure a memorable dining experience for breakfast (daily, from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m.) or dinner (Tuesday through Saturday, with seatings available every thirty minutes, from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.).
Mugen is also available for private events, allowing guests to savor a global contemporary dining experience while celebrating special occasions in our intimate, 34-seat dining room.
